Operations project manager
You will carry out the following missions :
- Supplier relations
- Customer and Site operations manager relations
- The preparation and running of building sites up to receipt
- Financial and administrative monitoring of project sites
- Keeping up to date on new technology
Building services design engineer
You will carry out the following missions :
- Audits on hydraulic and thermal installations
- Feasibility studies
- Energy selection studies
- Site operation studies and planning
Site technician
You will carry out the following missions :
- Carry out new work according to design specification and pre-projet studies
- Carry out refurbishment work by replacing or modernising existing hydraulic or thermal equipment according to the design specification and pre-project studies
- You are competent at welding all materials by both torch and arc welding
Social integration contracts
In accordance with article L. 5132-1 of the Labor Code, in the event that a call for tender so stipulates, our company undertakes to hire one or more people on social integration contracts from our Region. The contracts will be fixed-term and renewable twice.
